The Kiwanis Club of Las Piñas Our Home primarily serves children and families living in underprivileged communities within Las Piñas. Many of these children face significant challenges in access to quality education, contributing to the country’s ongoing learning crisis, particularly in basic reading and comprehension skills.

The Club focuses on early learning support, reading programs, and educational enrichment for children who need it most. In addition, the Club intentionally targets parents, acknowledging them as the first and most influential teachers of their children. By empowering parents with knowledge on health, nutrition, and basic educational support, the Club helps create a positive and nurturing learning environment at home.

Healthy, informed, and engaged parents are better equipped to guide their children’s learning, making education more meaningful, enjoyable, and sustainable. Through this holistic approach—supporting both children and parents—the Kiwanis Club of Las Piñas Our Home works to break the cycle of poverty and illiteracy and build stronger, more capable communities.
